Some women I love…

In the last week I’ve had the opportunity to spend intensive time with two different groups of women that I absolutely love…

First was the womens retreat for Voyagers. I can’t believe how many stellar women are there…from all generations. It is so good to have women who have gone before and women who will follow after. God was at work. And I was so encouraged by how many of them have been faithful in prayer for the work He was doing in and through me this year. He definitely was knitting us together across the ocean!

I flew out from California, apparently just as the area was beginning to burn…to Colorado, where I spent the next 4 days with 26 CRM women who flew in from all over the world. What a stinking blessing to be surrounded by so many women who are wrestling with the contribution that we give to the body of Christ. I am inspired by so many women who have been through difficult times over the years…how they have grown to love Jesus more, not less…and how they have remained IN Him and open to the movement of his Spirit.

Plus I got to see some really cool elk!

Am now in New Orleans with the Brantleys…looking forward to a great weekend!
